lending a hand within our own community, giving them a chance at something greater.

We are a Not for Profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to help members within our very own community. Giving them an opportunity to attain a greater purpose in life, through a scholarship fund and a childcare fund.

In order to accomplish this, we work directly with local distilleries and breweries by booking events such as:

• Weddings, Grad Parties, Birthdays, etc.

• City or Private Festivals

• Casual curbside lunches

We essentially have contractual agreements with the local distillery/brewery (private parties partnerships aren't required), set up a mobile bar in our trailer using a collaborative menu, we then provide service and finally divvy up the profits between the workers, the partnered business and the foundation. We'll be serving alcoholic beverages such as classic cocktails, craft shots, beertails as well as mocktails for those non drinkers!

Volunteer bartenders are always welcome to help host events. They keep 90% tips made. Other 10% goes to the foundation. They can also report this on their taxes for write-offs.

Where does the foundation money go? How is it decided to whom it goes to?

Well its simple really. We set a cap on our fund. We then put a memo out a month prior to the "grant" application. We will have 4 categories; A childcare fund, Scholarship fund, Animal Care fund (pets in under the care of the homeless) and a Beaten and Battered Women fund. We ask all selected applicants to write a minimum of 1 page explaining why they deserve the grant money after they have taken the prerequisite application. The COO of the Non-Profit will narrow it down to 5 finalists, the board and owners will then vote on who should receive the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place grant/scholarship. We contact them and we mail a check or they can pick up the check. 

Every 3 months (quarterly) we open the application process. If our cap goes over, we save the overage to add to any future funds that fall short of the cap.
